Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Consultant to support our clients in delivering high-quality accounting services. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a consulting environment, partnering with international clients, and optimizing accounting processes through ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an Accounting Consultant, working directly with clients to deliver General Ledger (GL) and financial reporting services

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Manage and reconcile General Ledger accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments

• Prepare financial statements and management reports for clients

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and client-specific requirements

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 for accounting operations, data validation, and reporting

• Support system-related issues, process improvements, and optimization within D365 environment

• Collaborate with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• From 3 years of experience in General Ledger / Financial Reporting

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Oracle/SAP

• Solid understanding of VAS and accounting principles

• Experience working in outsourcing / shared services / consulting environment is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

Working Hours: Official working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
