POSITION: Admin Intern

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  1. Hành chính – Văn phòng:
  • Hỗ trợ vận hành văn phòng hàng ngày: đảm bảo không gian làm việc sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp, đầy đủ tiện nghi. 
  • Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp để đặt hàng và cấp phát văn phòng phẩm, thiết bị văn phòng. 
  • Quản lý tài sản công ty: theo dõi, cấp phát, thu hồi và kiểm kê tài sản (laptop, tủ locker, đồng phục, thẻ xe,...). 
  • Chuẩn bị và xử lý công văn, tài liệu hành chính, hồ sơ thanh toán chi phí. 
  • Thực hiện các báo cáo hành chính định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý. 
  1. Hỗ trợ Nhân sự & Truyền thông nội bộ:
  • Hỗ trợ quy trình onboardingoffboarding: chuẩn bị thiết bị, bàn ghế, email, welcome pack,... 
  • Phối hợp tổ chức các chương trình nội bộ: sinh nhật nhân viên, team building, training nội bộ, ngày hội việc làm,... 
  • Hỗ trợ các hoạt động liên quan đến Employer BrandingEmployee Engagement như viết bài, chuẩn bị nội dung truyền thông nội bộ,...

  1. Office Administration Support:
  • Assist in the daily operations of the office to ensure a clean, organized, and well-equipped working environment. 
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage office supply purchasing and distribution. 
  • Track and manage company assets, including issuing, collecting, and inventorying laptops, lockers, uniforms, parking cards, etc. 
  • Support the preparation and processing of administrative documents, internal communications, and payment-related paperwork. 
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc administrative reports as requested by the management. 
  1. HR and Internal Communications Support:
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing workstations, devices, welcome kits, and email setup. 
  • Help organize internal events such as birthday celebrations, team-building activities, internal training, and job fairs. 
  • Support internal communication efforts and contribute to Employer Branding and Employee Engagement activities through content creation and logistical support. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields, with the ability to commit to a full-time schedule (5 working days per week). 
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. 
  • Good organizational and time management skills. 
  • Communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
