WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are seeking a BI Engineer to design, develop, and implement scalable, automated Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. You will work with a variety of tools including Python, APIs, and modern BI platforms to build high-performance data systems that empower business decision-making.
The ideal candidate is experienced in data architecture, analytics, visualization, and ETL automation, and is passionate about driving innovation through data.
BI Development & Automation

Automate data preparation, processing, and reporting using Python scripts, APIs.

Build dashboards and self-service BI solutions (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

Automate repetitive tasks using Docker, Airflow, and other tools.

Integrate AI/ML analytics for predictive insights and recommendations.
Data Integration & ETL

Design and maintain data models, schemas, and ETL pipelines.

Automate ETL using Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or external tools.

Ensure seamless and scalable data integration across systems.
Solution Architecture
-
Define BI architectures and data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.

Ensure performance, scalability, and system reliability.

Guide BI tool selection and best practices in data automation.
Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver BI solutions.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical leadership.

Stay up to date on BI trends and emerging data technologies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years in BI development, data architecture, or analytics, with at least 1+ years in a BI Solution Architect role.
- Good English communication skills.
- Expert Python programming for automation, ETL processes, and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database management (SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration (SSIS, Airflow, Apache NiFi, Informatica, Azure Cloud Tools, etc.).
- Understanding of machine learning and AI-driven analytics (a plus)

WORK LOCATION: Hybrid at 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC
WORKING HOURS: Work schedule may vary depending on project needs
- For internal support: standard shift from 9AM – 6PM
- For project-based work: 3PM – 6PM and 9PM – 2AM (requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time zone )
