WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Lead and oversee the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.
- Develop, implement, and optimize total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with social insurance (SI), tax regulations, and labor laws, managing all related processes and audits.
- Drive the performance evaluation framework, ensuring fair and transparent assessment practices that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to design compensation strategies that support organizational growth and workforce engagement.
- Lead company restructuring initiatives and process improvements, ensuring alignment with labor regulations and business needs.
- Manage internal policies related to C&B, ensuring they are updated, compliant, and effectively communicated to employees.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards with at least 7 years of experience in which 2 years at leader role.
- Strong expertise in payroll, social insurance, tax compliance, and labor regulations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement competitive total rewards programs.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to compensation planning and benchmarking.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in leading HR restructuring projects and driving process improvements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership, finance, and HR teams.
