WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You‘ll primarily engage in mostly Compensation and Benefits (C&B) tasks, ensuring our team is rewarded and motivated. Additionally, you‘ll dedicate to various other HR-related responsibilities, contributing to our holistic people management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Manage payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Administer employee benefit programs including but not limited to insurance, work permit and continuously explore opportunities for improvement.

2. Contract Management:

  • Conduct follow-ups on contract renewals and oversee the management of employment contracts, ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws and company policies

3. Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Utilize HR internal systems to manage employee data effectively and analyze employee data for reporting purposes.

4. HR Regulation and Policy Development:

  • Stay updated on HR regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.

5. Internal Communication:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Ensure effective communication channels are in place to disseminate relevant information to employees.

6. Employee Engagement:

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that foster a positive work environment.

Other related tasks as required by Human Resources Manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Executive with responsibilities including SHUI, PTI, and contract management.
  • Knowledge of HR regulations, compensation strategies, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri).
