Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative Services Leader to manage and scale multiple marketing and creative service projects within a BPO environment.
This role is responsible for team performance, service quality, and client satisfaction, while also acting as a strategic advisor to clients. You will lead a team of executives across Graphic Design, Social Content, and Paid Media, ensuring high-quality delivery and positioning the company as a trusted, expert partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Coordination & Project Oversight
- Support end-to-end delivery across multiple client projects
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations
- Oversee assigned accounts and coordinate with team members to maintain smooth execu-tion
2. Team Leadership & Performance Support
- Lead and manage a team of executives across Graphic Design, Social Content, and Paid Media — setting clear direction, reviewing output quality, and ensuring delivery standards are met
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide structured feedback and coaching to support each team member’s growth
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Ensure team follows established SOPs and quality standards
3. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as a key contact point for assigned clients
- Maintain clear and proactive communication to ensure alignment
- Support regular meetings, reporting, and performance updates
- Assist in handling issues and managing client expectations
4. Strategy Support & Execution Alignment
- Understand client objectives and support in translating them into actionable plans
- Contribute ideas and recommendations across content, creative, and paid media
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest optimization opportunities
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track team output and campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, engagement, etc.)
- Prepare reports with key insights and suggested actions
- Support ongoing optimization based on data and results
6. Training & Team Development
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development opportunities
- Encourage continuous learning within the team
7. Process Improvement & Quality Control
- Follow and contribute to improving workflows and SOPs
- Support initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Ensure consistency across deliverables
8. Hiring & Operational Support
- Participate in recruitment activities when needed
- Support team expansion and basic operational tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, creative services, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years in a team lead, account manager, or supervisory capacity
- Sufficient domain knowledge across design, content, and paid media to review output quality, give structured feedback, and communicate results with clients — hands-on exe-cution experience is not required
- Comfortable reading campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement) and translating results into clear client-facing updates
- Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple accounts and dead-lines
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal (client-facing)
- Experience working with international clients or on night shifts is a plus

WORK LOCATION: The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
WORKING HOURS: Mon – Fri, 8-hour shifts scheduled from 12:00 PM onwards
