WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Specialist to join our team in the post-production service industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of video and photo editing services while contributing creative insights to elevate our products. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and our internal team, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

Act as the quality manager for video and photo editing services.
Review and evaluate final products from vendors to ensure they meet client requirements and adhere to company standards.
Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to vendors.

Client Interaction:

Receive briefs from clients, thoroughly understand their needs, and clarify any ambiguities.
Advise vendors on creative direction based on the client brief.
Present final results to clients and ensure satisfaction with the delivered product.

Creative Contribution:

Provide creative input to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling quality of video and photo projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve the company’s offerings.

Sales & MKT Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to interact with clients, build relationships, and contribute to closing deals.
MKT Team Support Tasks when needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience:

At least 2 years‘ experience in a related field.
Proven experience in creative roles within the production or post-production industry.
Strong understanding of video and photo editing processes, tools, and techniques.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues in visual products.
Creative mindset with the ability to provide valuable input to enhance project outcomes.
Video Editing Skill is a plus
Fluency in English (especially written and verbal communication).

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools.

Personal Attributes:

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
