Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical support to the customers building customer relations through troubleshooting Voice Process (Domestic calls).
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Maintain CRM hygiene.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Training should be included
- Translation to local language of English training materials
- Classroom trainings of group of users
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role voice process. Domestic would be preferable. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written in English/Taiwanese/Madarin/Korean/Malaysia/Japanese/Filipino with a particular emphasis on verbal communication.
- Friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals with a can do attitude who will thrive in a positive and team based environment.
- Innovative thinkers and ready to work any time. Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
- Hands on Microsoft Excel, Basic analytical skills, familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Good team player, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
