Position Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Innovature’s in-house Marketing and Branding team. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual assets that support corporate marketing, employer branding, recruitment, and internal communications.

You will work in a fast-changing environment with tight and shifting deadlines, collaborating closely with Marketing, HR, and Communications teams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, execution-driven, and able to deliver effective design solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Marketing & Brand Design

• Design visual assets for:
  • Company website and landing pages
  • Social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, internal platforms)
  • Corporate marketing campaigns and brand communications
  • Email marketing, presentations, proposals, and reports
• Develop key visuals that align with Innovature’s brand positioning and business objectives.

Employer Branding & Internal Communications

• Design creative materials for:
  • Recruitment campaigns and job postings
  • Employer branding and company culture content
  • Internal events, CSR activities, and employee communications
• Support visual design for training materials, town halls, and internal updates.

Brand Consistency & Quality

• Apply and maintain the company’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across digital and offline assets.
• Proactively suggest visual improvements while balancing speed and practicality.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with Marketing, HR, and Communications stakeholders.
• Translate briefs - including incomplete or evolving ones - into clear design outputs.
• Handle feedback efficiently and prioritize execution in time-sensitive situations.
• Organize and manage design files and assets in a structured, accessible manner.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Professional Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house or agency).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing principles.
• Basic awareness of print production requirements and file setup.
• Able to prepare print-ready files and coordinate effectively with vendors when needed.

Nice to Have

• Basic video editing skills or short-form content such as:
  • Employer branding videos
  • Internal communication clips
  • Social media videos
• Experience in corporate, employer branding, or B2B environments.

Soft Skills

• Comfortable working in afast-paced environment.
• Able totake direction quickly and execute efficiently when priorities shift.
• Maintains aprofessional communication style, even under pressure.
• Easy to collaborate with across teams, with solution-oriented mindset.
• Handles feedback pragmatically and focuses on delivery.
• Reliable, accountable, and responsive when turnaround time is critical.

Portfolio Requirement

• A portfolio of creative work is required.
