WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Transaction Monitoring: Use blockchain analytics tools to identify high-risk patterns such as "mixers," darknet activity, or sanctioned wallets.
Customer Onboarding (KYC/KYB): Review and verify the identities of new individual users and business clients to ensure they meet regulatory requirements. Knowledge of using AML software tools
Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR): Investigate flagged transactions, document evidence, and prepare reports for regulatory bodies
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): Conduct deep-dive reviews on high-risk customers, transactions, or jurisdictions.
Regulatory Tracking: Stay updated on emerging legislation and help update internal operating procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications

Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related fields.
From 1 year of experience within financial services or in administrative roles in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry (Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided)
Knowledge of AML/KYC processes and AML software tools is preferred.
Good English and Mandarin communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new industries, business environments, and technologies.
Background or experience in bank back-office operations is a plus.
Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools, AML/KYC software, and cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks is a plus.
