Our headquarters is in Vietnam, and we are seeking a candidate currently based in either California (LA, SF area), Texas (Dallas, Houston area) or Arizona (Phoenix area).
This position is fully remote and requires close coordination with the Sales Director, who will frequently travel between Vietnam and the U.S.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for expanding client pipeline, new business opportunities and closing high-value deals in North America market, tapping to SMEs scale and to Vietnamese American Business in USA and Canada
- Develop client pipeline through referral networks, tradeshows and conferences, and other business development programs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand.
- Initiate business development activities from online to offline networking channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other departments to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and performance.
- Prepare RFPs, and engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on the outsourcing industry world wide
- Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
Sales Target:
- Revenue target $600,000 in 2025
- Participate from 8-10 networking events / month and generate 15-20 potential opportunities per month
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- + 5 years of experience in business development, experience in BPO/ Outsourcing is a plus
- Recently located in US, strategic locations preferrable are California (LA, SF areas), Texas (Dallas, Houston areas), or Arizona (Phoenix area).
- Willing to travel
- Expertise in high-level contract negotiations, including pricing strategies and terms.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Exceptional networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
- Knowledge of the market and BPO industry trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent within the business development team.
