POSITION: Reporting and Analysis Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Responsible for preparing timely and accurate management reports, delivers variant analysis between actual and budget, and other tasks assigned by Financial Director.

Prepare monthly reports accurately and on time (by the 5th of each month).
Analyze variances between actual results and budget.
Create visual charts to illustrate the company’s performance.
Develop dashboards to enhance the visualization of monthly reports.
Prepare sales pricing tables.
Prepare the annual budget.
Prepare other ad-hoc reports.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in finance reporting and analysis.
Excellent in Excel, Good at Powper Point, Power BI and have knowledge of MISA AMIS.
Demonstrated expertise in reporting techniques, utilizing data analysis and financial insights to produce accurate and insightful reports.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
Proactive, highly organized, analytical, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
Preferred experience or knowledge in the BPO industry.
