Hỗ trợ xác định và đánh giá khách hàng tiềm năng từ các hoạt động nghiên cứu thị trường.
Hỗ trợ triển khai các chiến dịch tạo khách hàng tiềm năng để mở rộng tệp khách hàng.
Duy trì và cập nhật dữ liệu khách hàng tiềm năng trong hệ thống CRM.
Hỗ trợ phân tích số liệu và chuẩn bị các báo cáo liên quan đến hiệu quả hoạt động bán hàng.
Sử dụng Excel để xử lý dữ liệu khách hàng và hỗ trợ quản lý thông tin.
Tìm kiếm thông tin về các sự kiện để mở rộng tệp khách hàng tiềm năng

Support the identification and evaluation of potential customers through market research activities.
Assist in running lead generation campaigns to help grow our customer base.
Maintain and regularly update potential customer data in the CRM system.
Help analyze data and prepare reports to measure sales effectiveness.
Work with Excel to manage and organize customer data efficiently.
Research relevant events to discover new lead opportunities and expand our pipeline

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

College or university graduate, preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields.
No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially basic Excel skills.
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
Ability to read and understand documents in English.
