POSITION: Senior Financial Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Prepare monthly and ad hoc financial reports, including P&L, gross profit, EBITDA, and cash flow analysis, delivering clear variance analysis, trend insights, and key KPIs such as LTV/CAC and other commercial metrics.
• Owning the budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities
• Building and maintaining financial models to support planning and decision-making
• Providing financial insights and analysis to support senior leadership and operational teams
• Partnering with State Leads and department heads to monitor performance and improve margins
• Assisting with reconciliations and financial data accuracy across systems
• Supporting compliance with BAS, PAYGW, FBT and other regulatory requirements
• Assisting with audit preparation and working with external auditors
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
• Leading the implementation of automation, AI tools and improved reporting frameworks
• Report to Finance Manager and working closely with senior stakeholders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must have

• Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, CA, or CMA qualification (or working towards) is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, forecasting and variance analysis,
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

• Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Interest in leveraging technology and automation in finance.
• Understanding of key financial metrics, including EBITDA, Gross Profit, Cash Flow, and LTV/CAC.

WORKING HOURS: 9AM – 6PM (Mon – Fri)
