WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining positive relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders while possessing a solid understanding of overall HR functions and best practices. They will lead initiatives in employer branding and employee engagement, fostering a positive and dynamic work environment.
Talent Acquisition (80%).
Lead the TA team to achieve hiring metrics targets
- Collaborate strategically with hiring managers to deeply understand their recruitment needs and develop impactful sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead and inspire the TA team to deliver results, successfully hiring for all positions and levels—including Accounting, Customer Service, Business Intelligence, and Freelancers—across Vietnam and the Philippines.
- Set and achieve ambitious hiring metrics targets by driving accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging creative and diverse approaches to attract top-tier candidates. Ensure a rigorous evaluation of each candidate’s qualifications and cultural fit through effective screening and interview coordination.
- Foster strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Lead negotiations and onboarding efforts, guaranteeing a seamless and professional transition for all new hires.
- Regularly analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, using insights to optimize processes and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all recruitment data and candidate records while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously refining recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Efficiently manage the recruitment budget, delivering exceptional results while ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
Employer Branding (10%)
- Elevate employer branding efforts to strategically position the company as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining top talent.
- Lead the development and execution of targeted recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and talent acquisition pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling, brand-aligned job postings and employer branding materials that resonate with desired talent segments.
- Engage in high-impact industry events, job fairs, and strategic networking opportunities to amplify the company‘s brand and build a strong talent community.
Employee Engagement (10%)
- Organize periodic employee engagement programs that enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Graduates with a strong career path in Talent Acquisition
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, handling high volume of hiring
- Great English communication skills
- Adaptable to a fast-growing company with extensive information flow.
- Solid expertise in recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and selection methods.
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
