WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-caliber candidates across all business functions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging recruitment technologies.
  • Enhance employer branding through strategic initiatives, social media, career fairs, and partnerships to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring experience.

Talent Management & Development

  • Establish and implement talent development programs that support employee growth and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted training and development plans.
  • Lead succession planning efforts by identifying and nurturing high-potential employees for leadership roles.
  • Monitor employee performance trends and provide insights for career development strategies.

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Work closely with senior management to align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze and report key recruitment and talent metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.

Tuyển dụng & Xây dựng thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng

  • Xây dựng và thực hiện các chiến lược tuyển dụng để thu hút ứng viên tiềm năng cho tất cả các vị trí trong công ty.
  • Giám sát toàn bộ quy trình tuyển dụng, bao gồm lập kế hoạch nhân sự, tìm kiếm, sàng lọc, phỏng vấn và tiếp nhận nhân viên mới.
  • Phát triển và duy trì nguồn ứng viên chất lượng thông qua các kênh tuyển dụng đa dạng như headhunting, mạng xã hội, và nền tảng tuyển dụng.
  • Nâng cao thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng thông qua các chiến dịch truyền thông, sự kiện nghề nghiệp và hợp tác với các tổ chức nhân sự.
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các trưởng bộ phận để xác định nhu cầu nhân sự và đảm bảo quy trình tuyển dụng hiệu quả, chuyên nghiệp.

Quản lý và Phát triển Nhân tài

  • Thiết lập và triển khai các chương trình phát triển nhân sự nhằm nâng cao năng lực và giữ chân nhân viên tài năng.
  • Hợp tác với các trưởng bộ phận để xác định khoảng trống kỹ năng và xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo phù hợp.
  • Thực hiện kế hoạch kế nhiệm, giúp nhận diện và phát triển đội ngũ lãnh đạo tương lai trong công ty.
  • Theo dõi xu hướng hiệu suất làm việc của nhân viên và đưa ra các giải pháp hỗ trợ phát triển nghề nghiệp.

Lãnh đạo & Hợp tác với các bên liên quan

  • Dẫn dắt, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ tuyển dụng nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và chất lượng tuyển dụng.
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với ban lãnh đạo để đảm bảo chiến lược nhân sự phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh.
  • Phân tích và báo cáo các chỉ số tuyển dụng và quản lý nhân tài để đưa ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • University degree with Business Management or Human Resource Management
  • At least 04 year of experience working in Human Resource at the same position
  • Have experience in services industry (prefer outsourcing industry)
  • Proficient use of English and Microsoft Office
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Build up relationship and conflict resolutions skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Honest, flexibility and decisive
