POSITION: Customer Service Executive

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: The successful candidate will solely focus on providing technical support to customers, mainly through troubleshooting voice processes. Main responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Responsible for providing technical support to the customers, building customer relations through troubleshooting Voice Process (Domestic calls). 
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. 
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level. 
  • Maintain CRM hygiene. 
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. 
  • Training should be included. 
  • Translation to local language of English training materials 
  • Classroom Training of groups of users. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals with a can-do attitude who will thrive in a positive and team-based environment 
  • Previous experience in a customer support role voice process. Domestic would be preferable. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening 
  • Languages needed (Vietnamese, English), good written communication 
  • Innovative thinkers and ready to work any time. Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector 
  • Hands on Microsoft Excel, Basic analytical skills, familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
  • Good team player, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. 
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

WORKING HOURS: 9AM – 6PM (Mon – Fri).
