Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and nurturing
  • Telemarketing outreach for home owners, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling for site check

Requirements:

  • Vietnamese language fluency. English at basic level.
  • From 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
  • Clear and confident speaking voice with excellent verbal Vietnamese communication skills
  • Ability to explain products or services persuasively
  • Good listening skills and ability to handle objections
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to use CRM systems, dialers, and call scripts
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Familiarity with headsets, softphones, and office software

WORKING HOURS:

  • This position involves direct interaction with clients in the US, requiring work hours to align with the US time zone - 9:00PM – 6:00AM (Vietnam time)
  • Contract Term: 6 months
