This position we are looking for both Filipino and Vietnamese talents. Let’s join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Support HRIS system administration including security access, reporting, business process admin.
  • Support troubleshooting HRIS system and user issues (level 1 and 2).
  • Support implementing and maintaining BI solutions and automations.
  • Support Ad hoc tasks such as execute automations, analyze data and create reports and dashboards.
  • Responsible for maintenance, documentation, and enhancements of recurring processes and procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.
  • Min 1 year experience with managing HR systems – Workday is preferred but experience with other HR systems or ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle…) will also be considered.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data systems and the ability to transform and shape large usable data sets

  • Ability to lead, plan and manage in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, and drive to meet organizational objectives; ability to manage multiple projects on interrelated timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate experience in getting things done in dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrate a high attention-to-detail in the analysis and reporting of data.

WORKING HOURS: This position requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time zone from 9PM – 6AM (Mon – Fri) (GMT+7). Flexibility and remote work options are available.
