POSITION: Credit Analyst – Night Shift

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conduct in-depth credit reviews, analyzing net income, debt service coverage, bank transactions, financial history, and projections including earnings, depreciation, and EBITDA.
• Prepare Credit Approval Memorandums for underwriting commercial equipment finance agreements and leases.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on creditworthiness and transaction
• Complete security perfection searches and Suits, Liens, and Judgements searches to ensure collateral security
• Research and validate equipment value through online
• Pull and analyze personal credit and Paynet
• Collaborate extensively with Sales Coordinators and the SVP
• Ensure accurate completion of credit approval requirements prior to funding transactions.
• Mentor and train junior credit analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and risk minimization.
• Embrace a mindset of change, focusing on enhancing underwriting quality

• Thực hiện các đánh giá tín dụng chuyên sâu, phân tích thu nhập ròng, tỷ lệ khả năng trả nợ (Debt Service Coverage), giao dịch ngân hàng, lịch sử tài chính và các dự báo, bao gồm lợi nhuận, khấu hao và EBITDA.
• Chuẩn bị Bản ghi nhớ phê duyệt tín dụng (Credit Approval Memorandums) phục vụ cho việc thẩm định các hợp đồng tài trợ và cho thuê thiết bị thương mại.
• Cung cấp phân tích và đưa ra khuyến nghị về mức độ tín nhiệm cũng như cấu trúc giao dịch.
• Thực hiện tra cứu pháp lý về quyền bảo đảm và các vụ kiện, cầm cố, thế chấp để đảm bảo tài sản bảo đảm hợp lệ.
• Nghiên cứu và xác minh giá trị thiết bị thông qua các nguồn thông tin trực tuyến.
• Trích xuất và phân tích báo cáo tín dụng cá nhân và báo cáo Paynet.
• Hợp tác chặt chẽ với Điều phối viên kinh doanh (Sales Coordinators) và Phó Chủ tịch cấp cao phụ trách tín dụng (SVP Credit).
• Đảm bảo hoàn thiện đầy đủ các yêu cầu phê duyệt tín dụng trước khi giải ngân giao dịch.
• Hướng dẫn và đào tạo các chuyên viên phân tích tín dụng cấp dưới, thúc đẩy văn hóa cải tiến liên tục và giảm thiểu rủi ro.
• Duy trì tư duy đổi mới, tập trung vào việc nâng cao chất lượng thẩm định tín dụng.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AI technologies and ChatGPT is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively.
