Responsibilities:

Complete routine end-of-month close procedures, ensuringtimelyand accurate processing of journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
Maintainand update all underlying data used to deliver financial performance reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Assist the Finance Analyst in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for clients.
Support the development and maintenance of financial models, dashboards, and visual reports, including data preparation and validation.
Analyzefinancial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends under the guidance of the Finance Analyst.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and data gathering to support business decisions and client deliverables.
Support process improvements in financial reporting, analysis, and operational workflows, activelyseekingto improve efficiencies through the application of AI and new technologies.
Provide support to cross-functional teams and clients as directed,maintaininga high standard of responsiveness and professionalism in all communications.
When requested, support clients with bookkeeping tasks in systems such as Xero and MYOB, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable processing, and general ledger maintenance.

Qualifications:

Degree in accounting, finance, orrelateddiscipline.
2–3 years of experience across bookkeeping, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
Proficiencyin Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic modelling) and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plus.
Strong written and verbal Englishproficiency.

WORKING HOURS: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri). Able to work at different shift (flexible 2-3 hours when required)
