WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer Travel Agents‘ queries from the Travel Agent Support Salesforce queue promptly.
  • Handling any queries agents have on the automated registration process.
  • Access Ventrata to make any booking amendments.
  • Verify information with the operations team when necessary.
  • Escalate edge cases and flag any issues in the travel agent relationships to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the finance team regarding any commission enquiries/profile updates.
  • Ensure all necessary information is accurately entered/amended in the system upon updates.
  • Utilize our systems for communication and information research: SF, Hubspot, Confluence page, Ventrata, Ops DB, and external websites.

Support other tasks as assigned by the manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications:

  • Good English speaking to communicate with client directly.
  • Having 1–2 years of experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience in tourism is a plus
  • Good research skills, proactive.

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING HOURS:  2PM to 11PM (Days off are not fixed weekly)
