POSITION: HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1. HR Strategy, Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and a high-performing workforce.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and Employee Engagement, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders and department heads, addressing complex workforce challenges and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

2. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Workforce Planning

  • Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with business leaders, ensuring proactive talent planning.
  • Develop innovative and data-driven recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Enhance employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Establish succession planning, leadership development programs, and training plan to develop talent development.
  • Drive internal talent mobility strategies, fostering career progression and skill enhancement.
  • Leverage HR technology and analytics to optimize talent acquisition and workforce planning.

3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) & Employee Relations

  • Oversee C&B operations, ensuring competitive and performance-based compensation structures.
  • Continuously review and refine reward programs, disciplinary policies, and employee relations strategies to enhance workforce satisfaction.
  • Implement market-driven salary benchmarking to attract and retain top talent.
  • Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining employee trust.

4. Culture advocate & Employee Engagement and Well-being

  • Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement initiatives (e.g., recognition programs, feedback mechanisms).
  • Conduct stay interviews, analyze survey insights, and address attrition risks with proactive retention strategies.
  • Implement employee well-being programs, including mental health resources, fitness, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Promote DEI through policies, training, and inclusive workplace initiatives.
  • Continuously assess and refine engagement and well-being strategies based on data and feedback.

5. HR Analytics & Business Insights

  • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-based decision-making in workforce planning and employee performance management.
  • Monitor KPIs and HR metrics, reporting key insights to senior leadership.
  • Optimize HR programs based on performance trends and employee feedback.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • > 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head of HR, HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or HRBP Manager).
  • Great English communications skills.
  • Experience in both multinational corporations and startups, with the ability to adapt HR strategies to different organizational scales and cultures.
  • International education or exposure is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in HR best practices, particularly in the professional services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative HR solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset, applying systematic thinking for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

WORK LOCATION: 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC 

WORKING HOURS: 9AM – 6PM (Mon – Fri)
