POSITION: Junior Accounting Analyst Officer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Track monthly sales and expenses accurately.
- Manage inventory and supplies diligently.
- Update CAPEX records and handle refurbished unit sales.
- Use Quickbooks Advanced Inventory for modifications and reconciliations.
- Prepare property tax filings, ensuring data accuracy.
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports

- Theo dõi doanh số bán hàng và chi phí hàng tháng một cách chính xác.
- Quản lý hàng tồn kho và nguồn cung một cách cẩn thận.
- Cập nhập các bút toán ghi nhận tài sản cố định và phụ trách các hàng bán bị trả lại.
- Sử dụng Quickbooks Advanced Inventory để chỉnh sửa và đối chiếu.
- Chuẩn bị các báo cáo thuế tài sản, đảm bảo độ chính xác của dữ liệu.
- Thực hiện đối soát ngân hàng hàng ngày.
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Enterprise.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in inventory management or retail preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
