OVERVIEW

The Sales Admin plays a critical role in enabling Innovature‘s sales organization to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions. This position supports the sales team by managing lead generation, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating proposals and contracts, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales cycle.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

  • Generate new leads through Apollo.io and other platforms based on requests from BD and Marketing teams, ensuring quality standards and SLA compliance
  • Own and manage Apollo.io lead generation systems, customer databases, credit usages according to established standards and/or current circumstances.

2. CRM Management & Data Governance

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations including data entry, deduplication, routine maintenance, and data accuracy.
  • Operate daily lead assignment processes, monitor SLA compliance, and proactively nudge BD team on follow-ups.
  • Monitor pipeline reports and flag overdue follow-ups to the BD team.

3. Contract Compliance and Partnership Management

  • File and manage contracts, NDAs, and approval records following naming and version control standards.
  • Support BD team in vendor partnership onboarding requests and coordinate mutual client referral programs, maintaining accurate tracking and accountability for all partnership activities.
  • Communicate with Team Lead to identify and compile information needed for guidelines, proposals, enhancement and delivery solutions.
  • Ensure accurate, consistency and timely documentation across sales processes and sales channels.

4. Cross-team Coordination & Admin Support

  • Support team lead in process improvements and implementation of system modifications.
  • Support BD in completing client onboarding handovers checklist and assist TL with any ad hoc sales admin tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to the adoption of best practices in sales operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a B2B company
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Understanding sales processes and contract management.
  • Proven track record in mass lead generation and database management
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and time management skills
  • Strong ownership and accountability.
  • Continuous improvement mindset 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Account Management experience is a plus point.
  • Experience in the BPO industry, Accounting & Finance, and/or Customer Service is highly advantageous.

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri). Able to work at different shift (flexible 2-3 hours when required)
