1. About the Role

Innovature BPO is seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO & WordPress Specialist to operate, maintain, and optimize our corporate website infrastructure. This role is a bridge between technical operations and digital marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum site performance (Core Web Vitals), resolving technical SEO issues, managing hosting environments, and supporting the content team with Elementor-based landing pages.

2. Key Responsibilities
Performance Optimization & Technical SEO

Continuously monitor and optimize Google Core Web Vitals (LCP, FCP, CLS, TBT) using PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.
Configure and manage advanced caching mechanisms (e.g., LiteSpeed Cache) and CDN networks (Cloudflare) to eliminate render-blocking resources and reduce server response times.
Collaborate with the Content & SEO team to implement Schema Markup, manage XML sitemaps, handle 301/302 redirects, and resolve crawl errors via Google Search Console.

Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Maintain the health of the WordPress ecosystem, including safe updates for core, themes (Hello Theme), and plugins.
Troubleshoot and resolve JavaScript/CSS conflicts, plugin incompatibilities, and layout shifts caused by Page Builders (Elementor Pro).
Use browser DevTools to debug front-end issues, console errors, and asynchronous loading problems (e.g., Delay/Defer JS side effects).

Hosting, Server & PHP Management

Manage web hosting environments (cPanel/Plesk/DirectAdmin) and server resources to ensure high availability and uptime.
Debug basic PHP errors, manage memory limits (wp-config.php), and monitor server logs for security and performance anomalies.
Manage database optimization (MySQL) and execute regular site backups and disaster recovery protocols.

Front-End & Content Support

Support the Marketing team in building responsive, conversion-optimized landing pages using Elementor Pro.
Write and modify custom HTML, CSS, and lightweight JS/jQuery when standard widgets do not meet design or performance requirements.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress administration, technical SEO, and front-end optimization.
Page Builders: Extensive experience with Elementor and Elementor Pro, understanding its DOM structure and performance implications.
Web Performance: Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and caching technologies (LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, Redis, Cloudflare).
Programming Languages: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and foundational knowledge of PHP for debugging purposes.
Server Administration: Familiarity with web hosting control panels, database management (phpMyAdmin), and basic server configurations.
Tools: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Chrome DevTools

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri). Able to work at different shift (flexible 2-3 hours when required)
