Position Overview

The Sales Operations Executive plays a critical role in enabling Innovature‘s sales organization to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions. This position supports the sales team by managing lead generation, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating proposals and contracts, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales cycle.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lead Generation & Market Intelligence

  • Generate new leads through Apollo.io and other platforms based on requests from BD and Marketing teams, ensuring quality standards and SLA compliance

  • Conduct comprehensive research on organizations and individuals online, particularly on social media platforms, to identify potential leads and explore new market opportunities

  • Own and manage Apollo.io lead generation systems and customer databases according to established standards.

CRM Management & Data Governance

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations including data entry, deduplication, routine maintenance, and data accuracy.

  • Execute CRM clean-up activities, diagnose data errors through automated workflows, and rectify inaccuracies.

  • Operate daily lead assignment processes, monitor SLA compliance, and proactively nudge BD team on follow-ups.

  • Run weekly Lead and Campaign reports, and distribute to relevant stakeholders.

Sales Enablement & Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized filing systems for proposals, RFQ documents, sales materials, and content library in team SharePoint/shared drive.

  • Communicate with Team Lead to identify and compile information needed for guidelines, proposals, enhancement and delivery solutions.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation across sales processes.

Contract - Compliance and Partnership Management

  • Initiate and coordinate contract/NDA review processes with BDs and relevant stakeholders following the Compliance Checklist guideline.

  • Support BD team in vendor partnership onboarding requests and coordinate mutual client referral programs, maintaining accurate tracking and accountability for all partnership activities.

Process Improvement & Systems Support

  • Support team lead in process improvements and implementation of system modifications.

  • Support development and refinement of sales workflows and automation.

  • Contribute to the adoption of best practices in sales operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

  • Understanding sales processes and contract management.

  • Proven track record in mass lead generation and database management

  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated work dedication and strong time management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve problems and correct issues within your understanding and authority.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Account Management experience is a plus point. Experience in the BPO industry, Accounting & Finance, and/or Customer Service is highly advantageous.

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 9am –6pm from Monday to Friday (Able to work at different shift (flexible 2-3 hours when required)
