Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment activities. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process for various positions (posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and screening CVs).

Search for potential candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in employer branding activities such as posting jobs on LinkedIn, Facebook, and job portals.

Support other HR or administrative tasks when required.
Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic English communication is a plus.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Able to work fulltime at least 6 months.
