WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for talent acquisition activities, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives, engage with employees to enhance their experience, and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Talent Acquisition (70%):

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and assess candidates‘ suitability
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in negotiating and extending job offers & and facilitate in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records & track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate recruitment process & candidate satisfaction.
  • Manage the documentation process for new hires, ensuring they submit all necessary paperwork
  • Create and maintain employee profiles in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices
  • Manage recruitment budget & Track and report recruitment metrics.

Employer Branding (15%):

  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company‘s reputation and attract top talent.
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding materials.
  • Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the company‘s brand.

Employee Engagement (15%):

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Collect employee feedback through surveys or informal discussions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to address employee concerns and promote employee well-being.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or required by the manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Graduate with diploma/ bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • From 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition,...
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
