What You Will Do:
- Lead the HR function; build and execute HR strategy aligned to business/P&L; act as a strategic partner to senior leaders.
- Manage and mentor HR teams (TA, C&B, Engagement); modernize HR via systems/analytics; streamline processes and optimize ROI/costs.
- Own Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: forecast hiring, run data-driven recruiting, strengthen employer branding, drive succession/leadership development and internal mobility.
- Oversee C&B and Employee Relations: market benchmarking, performance-based pay, refine rewards/discipline, and resolve grievances/conflicts.
- Champion culture, engagement, and well-being: recognition programs, stay interviews/retention actions, well-being initiatives; promote Open-Connected-Diversity-Integrity.
- Run HR operations, analytics & insights: track KPIs, report to leadership, and optimize programs based on data and feedback.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree; 6–8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
(Head of HR/HR Ops/HR Manager/HRBP Manager). - In-depth knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Positive thinking, Passionate about People Development, Growth Mindset.
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills; tech-savvy, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent English/Vietnamese communication skills.
- Solid expertise in HR best practices.
Nice to have:
- Master’s degree (HR/Business or related).
- International work experience/education/exposure
- Experience in the professional outsourcing/BPO services industry
