WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Manage and update patient records and documentation.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Respond to our general inquiry email box (request and collect patient intake info, schedule appointments).
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Respond to our legal inquiry email box (schedule depositions for the doctors with Google Calendar).
- Respond to requests for Medical Records.
- Prepare a daily list of missing patient items to collect for the Front Desk each day.
- Send all patients’ notes to referring sources each day.
- Coordinate discharge planning and transitions between care settings.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organization policies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Two (2) years of Customer Services experience, with at least 1 year of inbox management, preferably in healthcare management and/or a call center setting.
- Experience working on the night shift is preferred.

WORK LOCATION: Remotely
WORKING HOURS:
- Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5PM (Central Standard Time – CDT) ~ 9PM – 6AM (Philippine Time Zone)
- This position involves direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to the US time zone. Please note that the schedule may be adjusted during US Daylight Saving Time.
