OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing programs that generate, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities for our BPO services. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, marketing strategy, content craftsmanship, and data-driven thinking to help us scale our demand generation and deliver measurable ROI.

Beyond automation, this role owns the voice of our email marketing - from crafting compelling sequences and nurture content to developing high-converting campaign copy. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring every touchpoint in our funnel is both technically sound and content-driven.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Automation & Campaign Management

  • Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion.
  • Create and maintain email campaigns, landing pages, and forms within the marketing automation platform (HubSpot/Zoho/etc.).
  • Segment and personalize campaigns based on buyer personas, industry, and lead behavior.
    Ensure campaign deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and best practices in email marketing.

2. Email Content & Copywriting

  • Write and edit compelling, conversion-focused email copy across the full funnel - cold outreach, nurture sequences, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a library of email templates, sequences, and messaging frameworks aligned with our brand tone and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Craft subject lines, CTAs, and preview text optimized for open rates and click-through - continuously tested and refined.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce email-native assets: case study summaries, thought leadership snippets, event invitations, and ebook.
  • Adapt content for different segments, personas, and stages of the buyer journey - ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the right time.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all email communications, aligned with broader content strategy.

3. Lead Management & CRM Integration

  • Implement and manage lead scoring models to qualify leads into MQLs and hand off SQLs to sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align workflows, ensuring seamless lead routing and follow-up.
  • Maintain data hygiene and synchronization between the marketing automation system and CRM

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (open rates, click-through, conversion, pipeline influence).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Support attribution modeling to understand ROI of different marketing channels.
  • Monitor email content performance and iterate based on data - subject lines, copy length, CTA placement, and send timing.

5. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with content and design teams to create engaging assets for campaigns (emails, landing pages, case studies, webinars).
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting key accounts in industries that outsource BPO.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and lead quality.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing in B2B business.
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Proven ability to write high-quality B2B email copy - from cold outreach to multi-touch nurture sequences. A writing portfolio or samples will be requested.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and inbound/outbound marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, form building, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting dashboards (Google Analytics, CRM analytics, automation tool reports).
  • Knowledge of database segmentation, deliverability, and compliance standards.

2. Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the BPO, outsourcing, or IT services industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
  • Comfort with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience writing for multiple audience segments or personas simultaneously.

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri).
