ROLE: Brand Owner - Marketing Executive

What You Will Be Doing

Brand & Website Management

  • Own and manage the brand presence across digital channels.
  • Oversee and optimize the brand website, ensuring content is updated, SEO best practices are implemented, and user experience is continuously improved.
  • Work closely with developers and internal stakeholders to enhance website performance and conversion opportunities.

SEO, GEO & SEM

  • Develop and execute SEO/GEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Support SEM initiatives and performance-driven digital campaigns to increase traffic and lead acquisition.

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Build and execute a strategic B2B content plan targeting international audiences interested in outsourcing to Vietnam.
  • Produce and manage high-quality content including blogs, case studies, landing pages, whitepapers, newsletters, and thought leadership articles.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Social Media & Community Growth

  • Develop social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.
  • Drive B2B engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness through strategic content planning and community management.
  • Analyze social performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

B2B Marketing & Email Campaigns

  • Plan and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and outsourcing partners.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and newsletters.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and conversion metrics.

Public Relations & Brand Awareness

  • Support PR initiatives to strengthen brand’s positioning in local and international markets.
  • Coordinate media outreach, partnership communications, press releases, and external announcements.
  • Build awareness around Vietnam’s outsourcing ecosystem and industry capabilities.

Industry Research & Market Analysis

  • Stay up to date with global outsourcing, BPO, AI, and business service trends.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in outsourcing, BPO, technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, content marketing, website management, and lead generation.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Excellent English writing skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B marketing and brand management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different channels.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in social media planning and content development.
  • Knowledge of Vietnam’s outsourcing/BPO industry is a strong advantage.

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Building, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri).
