POSITION: (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview: Own end-to-end hiring for fast-scaling BPO teams (Customer Support, Finance/Accounting, Digital Operations, Analytics) with two critical focuses:

  • Building repeatable pipelines for expat Filipino hires
  • Delivering night-shift (US time zone) ramp-ups on tight SLAs. Partner with Business Leaders/OPS to forecast demand, run data-driven sourcing, and elevate employer branding.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Hiring Strategy & Stakeholder Management

  • Translate quarterly hiring plans into channel mix, budgets, and SLAs; run weekly pipeline reviews with OPS & Hiring Managers.
  • Advise on role design, assessment rubrics, interview bar, and compensation ranges to improve offer acceptance rate.

Sourcing & Market Development (VN & PH)

  • Build multi-market pipelines: LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet/Kalibrr (PH), Facebook/Telegram communities, referrals, headhunting, campus partners.
  • Stand up microsourcing for Filipino expats in Vietnam (and remote), including talent mapping, community partnerships, relocation info sessions, and cultural onboarding toolkits.
  • Design after-hours outreach/interview windows to engage US-time candidates for night-shift roles.

Selection & Candidate Experience

  • Run structured screening, skills/typing tests, role-plays for Customer Support, and case prompts for F&A/Data roles.
  • Coordinate panel interviews; enforce rubric-based scoring; drive debriefs and bar-raising decisions.
  • Manage fast feedback loops; keep candidates informed; ensure compliance with internal policies.

Offer, Onboarding, & TA Operations

  • Lead offer packaging & negotiations; improve acceptance through evidence-based selling (career path, stability, shift premiums).
  • Partner with HRBP/People Ops on pre-boarding, onboarding, and first-90-day success metrics; support visa/work-permit coordination for expats (with HR Compliance/3rd parties).
  • Maintain ATS hygiene, talent pools, and silver-medalist programs; create reusable pipeline “pods” for repeat roles.

Employer Branding & Events

  • Localize brand narratives for VN & PH markets; ship high-quality JD/ads, social content, and referral campaigns.
  • Represent Innovature BPO at job fairs and community events; measure ROI and iterate.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Publish weekly dashboards: time-to-hire, pipeline health, pass-through rates, offer-accept, quality-of-hire (90-day), and cost-per-hire.
  • Benchmark competitors & labor trends; pilot new channels and assessment methods.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must have:

  • 3–5+ years in end-to-end Talent Acquisition with high-volume/night-shift exposure.

  • Strong business English.

  • Comfortable with after-hours interviewing to align with US time zones when ramps require.

  • Hands-on with ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel/Google Sheets; able to write compelling JDs/ads and structured rubrics.

  • Data-driven and process-oriented; excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Nice to have: 

  • Background in BPO/Contact Center/Shared Services hiring.

  • Proven experience sourcing Filipino talent (on-shore Vietnam and/or remote/regional); familiarity with PH job boards/communities.

  • Vietnamese proficiency; Tagalog is a plus
