POSITION: Talent Acquisition Intern

Why This Role:
- Learn modern recruiting in a high-tempo BPO environment: sourcing & fundamentals, structured interviewing, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- Layout and expectations mirror leading tech/BPO internships while focusing on Filipino expat and night-shift hiring support.
- Hands-on TA experience in a BPO environment; exposure to volume&specialty hiring; strong mentorship; and a clear path to TA Executive upon strong performance.
What You Will Do:
Sourcing & Outreach:
- Post jobs across ATS, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, JobStreet/Kalibrr (PH), and campus channels; keep postings fresh and on-brand.
- Pre-screen resumes, run qualification calls using checklists (English level, shift readiness, equipment for WFH if applicable).
- Maintain candidate pools for recurring roles (Customer Support, Finance/Accounting Assistants, Data roles).
Interview & Candidate Ops:
- Schedule interviews across time zones; arrange evening slots to support US
- time hiring cycles.
- Administer language/typing tests; collect and organize results; prepare
- interviewer packs and scorecards.
- Deliver courteous candidate communications and timely status updates.
TA Operations & Employer Branding:
- Keep ATS/CRM data clean; tag talent pools; build weekly pipeline trackers in Sheets.
- Draft JD/ads, social snippets, and referral posts; help at job fairs/events; capture metrics & photos for recap decks.
Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate pre-boarding checklists; prepare welcome kits/schedules; liaise with HRBP/People Ops.
- For expat hires, support documentation hand-offs (to HR Compliance/3rd party) and relocation logistics (checklists/FAQs).
Reporting & Research:
- Produce weekly dashboards (applications, funnel, pass-through rates, TAT); run quick market scans on VN/PH wage/benefits trends.
What You’ll Need:
- Open to 3rd or 4th year university students.
- Strong interest in Human Resources.
- Available for a 6-month internship (full-time or part-time, minimum 4 days/week).
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (data processing & analysis), Google Slides, Canva, etc.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, attention-to-detail, and highly responsible with a friendly and patient attitude.
